Phillip Berry
Phillip was born in Temple, Texas in 1998. He attended Tarleton State University and graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting in 2020. While at Tarleton State, he was a member of the Tarleton's Honor Core, the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society, and the Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement Honor Society.
Phillip attended law school at the University of Tulsa and graduated with highest honors. During law school he received the Williams W. Means Professionalism award. Additionally, he competed in a variety of competitions for Tulsa. He competed in the South Texas Mock Trial where his team won Outstanding Trial Brief, the National Health Law Moot Court Competition, and won first place at the Oklahoma Redbud Invitational. While attending law school he also worked as a legal research assistant for the University of Tulsa and provided pro bono legal services in Family Law through the Buck Colbert Legal Clinic. Due to Phillip's dedication and success to oral advocacy while attending Tulsa he became a member of the Order of the Barristers.
Phillip is admitted to practice in all state courts in Oklahoma as well as the Eastern, Northern, and Western District of Oklahoma Federal Courts. His areas of practice include, but not limited to, insurance defense, civil litigation, and family law.
