Gentry M. Smiling
Gentry M. Smiling was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Upon graduating from Jenks High School, Mrs. Smiling received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Broadcasting with a double minor in political science and Spanish from Oklahoma State University in May 2009. Mrs. Smiling received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in May 2012. In law school, Mrs. Smiling interned for U.S. District Judge in the Eastern District and State Court Judges in Tulsa County, as well as the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office.
Member: Tulsa County Bar Association. Mrs. Smiling is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Oklahoma as well as the Eastern, Northern and Western District of Oklahoma Federal Courts and practices in Tribal Court of the Chickasaw Nation
Areas of Practice: Her practice focuses on cases including, but not limited to: Civil litigation, insurance defense, adoption, international adoption, employment law and litigation, estate planning, personal injury and probate, divorce (with and without children), guardianship, custody disputes, child support, step-parent adoption, and guardianships.
With All My Heart (board member), co-founder of Education for the Nations. She traveled to Uganda, Africa in December 2012 to learn to how to conduct international adoptions.
