Nick Foster was born and raised in Garland, Texas. While attending Lakeview Centennial High School, Nick was able to earn his high school diploma and Associate of Sciences degree concurrently. Upon graduating from high school, Nick attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he became a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in May 2014.
Nick began his legal career at the University of Tulsa College of Law in August 2014. While in law school Nick was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Delta legal honor society, served as a Supervising Editor for the Tulsa Law Review, advanced to regional semi-finals in the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition, received a CALI Award in Interational Law, and was awarded with the Order of The Barristers. He also completed a legal externship at the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office, participated in the University of Tulsa Immigrant Rights Clinic, and studied abroad at University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland, where he interned with an Irish Barrister. Nick received his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in December 2017.
Member: Tulsa County Bar Association and American Bar Association. Nick is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Oklahoma.
Areas of Practice: Nick's practice is primarily focused on, but not limited to Insurance Defense; Personal Injury Litigation; Bad Faith; Breach of Contract; Premises Liability; Estate Planning; Friendly Suits / Minor Settlement Agreements; and General Civil Litigation.
